What’s New on the Farm!
We’re excited to announce the wait is almost over for fresh, healthy, and delicious pasture-raised Boston butt, pork chops, sirloin roasts, bratwurst, ground pork, and last, but not least, Italian sausage!!
Our new Italian sausage was such a hit last time, and we’re excited to offer it to our customers again!!
Watch for signs at our booth so you can stock up!! We’re expecting to have it and all our other popular cuts available at the Market Square Farmers Market by February 15! Now, THAT’S AMORE!!
EGGS-traordinary, EGGS-ceptional, EGGS-tra healthy, EGGS!!
Eggs are the talk of the town, as the shortage continues and prices increase for commercial eggs! Here at Ivester Family Farm, rest assured our chickens are local, well-loved and pasture-raised, meaning our eggs are safe, affordable, and packed full of vitamins and minerals! You can see and taste the difference in our eggs!!
Just make sure you arrive at the Farmers Market early, because they sell out quickly!! Our hens are laying more and more eggs as the days get longer and longer, but they still can’t keep up with demand, so if you need eggs, plan to get up and out when the market opens because we sell out EGGS-tra fast!!
Oak Ridge, Here We Come!!
We’re so happy to be able to expand to the Oak Ridge indoor market at Roane State Community College from 9 a.m. – 12 noon, beginning Saturday, March 1. If you’re in the area, be sure to stop by our booth and pick up our pasture-raised eggs, pork, and honey!! Oak Ridge is the only place you’ll find our delicious, raw honey, so be sure to look for it while you’re there! And we’ll be in Oak Ridge throughout the rest of year too! You’ll be able to find us outdoors in Jackson Square beginning in April, so be sure to come out and support your local farmers in Oak Ridge if you’re in the area!
Winter Market in Market Square
Also, don’t forget we’re downtown all winter in Market Square in Knoxville! There are still plenty of local farmers and craft vendors providing customers with quality, local produce and crafts now through the end of March! The summer Market Square Farmers Market will then resume in full swing in May, so watch for updates on all the dates and times!! We are so blessed to be able to provide our beautiful community with healthy, local products, and although we may be biased, we believe we have the best customers in the world!
