Half Hog - $6.50 per pound ($100 Deposit) All Fees included. You pay nothing extra! Approximately 75-85 lbs. of pork

Whole Hog - $6.00 per pound ($200 Deposit) All Fees included. You pay nothing extra! Approximately 150-170 lbs. of pork

Cuts from Half and Whole Hogs include the following choices:

  • Pork Chops

  • Ham

  • Pork Belly (uncured Bacon)

  • Ribs

  • Sausage (choice of Mild, Hot, or Ground Pork)

  • Shoulder Roast (Boston Butt)

  • Jowl (uncured)

  • Leaf Fat

  • Liver

  • Hocks

    * If you want extra sausage, you can choose to have any of your cuts ground into sausage (for example, if you don’t want ham, you can have all the ham ground into sausage)
